SHIPPING AND HANDLING
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON TUESDAYS AND WILL ARRIVE BY THURSDAY!

Our shipping rate is $3 per lb. We ship via FedEx anywhere in the continental US. For shipping charges outside of the US, call Sylvia at 602-246-2769. If you require a tracking number, please call. FedEx can be reached at 1-800-463-3339.

All orders are shipped coast to coast every Tuesday. Orders received throughout the week and by 12 p.m. (MST) Monday will be included in that Tuesday's shipment. All shipments will arrive on Thursday. If your order is not received by Thursday, notify us immediately.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not going to be home to receive your package on Thursday, please leave instructions as to where to leave the package to prevent product spoiling. When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address. Sylvia's also is not responsible for shipments if no instructions are left for package delivery in the event that you are not home when the carrier arrives.

GIFT PURCHASES

When purchasing a gift, customers have the option of entering separate shipping and billing addresses. The billing address should be the first address entered. The shipping address is entered with your credit card information on the secure server. Customers who wish to ship to more than one address must make separate purchases.
