Grande Soft Taco's
10 La Canasta Flour Tortilla's
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1-Freshly Chopped Tomato
1-Sm. Freshly Chopped Onion
1 lbs. Grated Cheese
½ tsp. Garlic
½ tsp. Cumin
Salt / Pepper to taste
1 HD Shredded Lettuce
In large skillet partially cook the ground beef. Add Tomato, Onions, Garlic, Cumin, and Salt, Pepper. Continue to cook until completely done. Drain cooked Ground Beef and set aside. Heating Tortillas: Place 1 La Canasta Flour Tortilla in a moderately heated ungreased skillet for 15-20 seconds on each side using a flipping utensil. Optional: Picante Salsa, Sour Cream, and Guacamole

Quesadilla's

Stove Top
Sprinkle evenly with one of your favorite cheeses (1-2oz.) on 1 La Canasta Flour Tortilla, fold in half. Place on a moderately heated skillet and allow tortilla to cook to a toast. Turn over with a spatula and repeat toasting on the other side. Continue until the flour tortillas is crisp on both sides…Enjoy

Microwave
Following the above instruction, place the folded La Canasta Flour Tortilla in a Microwave. Heat for 20 seconds, turn over and cook for another 20 seconds or until Cheese is melted.

Slice Hot dog lengthwise down the center. Open cheese slice and cut in half laying the 2 half's in the middle of sliced Hot Dog. Place Hot dog & cheese in the middle of a La Canasta Flour Tortilla. Put in Microwave for 20 seconds or until cheese has melt. Roll into a burrito. Wait a few minutes to cool before eating…

A unique and easy party entrée
1 lb. Cooked Shredded Meat
(Chicken, Beef, Pork, Chorizo & Eggs, Refried Beans)
12 oz Shredded Cheese
(Cheddar or Monterey Jack or both)
12 oz. Picante Salsa
La Canasta Flour Tortillas
Place 1 La Canasta Flour Tortilla in a moderately heated ungreased skillet for 15-20 seconds. Heating each side using a flipping utensil. Place 2 spoonfuls of your hot cooked meat on the La Canasta Flour Tortilla. Fold one side and roll Tortilla. Top with Picante Salsa.

Fajitas
(Fah-HEE-Tahs)
10 La Canasta Flour Tortillas
3 lbs. Tender loins/Boneless Chicken
1-Italian Salad Dressing (8oz)
2 fresh Bell Pepper
2 fresh Wht. Onions
2 fresh Tomato's
Spices (Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Cumin)
Cut Meat in very thin strips and marinate in the Italian Salad Dressing for 2 hours. Slice Bell Peppers, White Onions, and Tomato's and set aside. Drain meat. In large stir fry skillet, partially cook the meat. Add Bell Pepper, Onions, tomato's and spices (to taste). Continue to stir fry until meat is cooked. Place Fajita's in the middle of a La Canasta Flour Tortilla. Add your favorite toppings. Fold on one side, roll and serve.
